About Us
The IWDN is an Interdisciplinary meeting of pediatric nephrologists, developmental biologists and physiologists, cell biologists and geneticists to address new knowledge in the field of developmental disorders of the kidney.
Target Audience
Established and new investigators, and trainees in the fields of Pediatric Nephrology, Developmental Biology, Developmental Physiology and Genetics with an interest in kidney embryology and developmental renal disorders.

Special Room Rates
IWDN has negotiated special rates for workshop attendees listed below. In order to guarantee the special rates for this event all hotel reservations must be made by contacting the Mohonk Mountain House directly using the numbers provided below & referencing "International Workshop in Nephrology" any other method used to make reservations will not be guaranteed the same rates.
IWDN has negotiated special rates for workshop attendees listed below:
- $339 USD – Single occupancy per night
- $478 USD* – Double occupancy per night
*The Double occupancy is $239 per person, per night
These rates do not include the 15% service charge and 10% local tax per room per night.
Each room includes the following per person, per night:
- 3 Meals each day plus nutrition breaks
- Access to resort facilities
Additional daily charges for each additional person, up to 4 people in a room, as follows:
- Free - Children under 4 years old
- $90 USD per day - Children 4 – 12 years old
- $156 USD per day – 13 years and older
Hotel Reservations
The deadline to make a hotel reservation is July 1, 2010. Any reservation made after this date will be based upon a space and rate availability basis.

General Hotel Reservation Information:
- Cancellation after July 23, 2010 will not be refunded.
- Check in time is 4pm; check out time is 2pm.
- All rooms are smoke free.
- 4 People maximum in a room.

- Accompanying Persons - $100 (includes transfer between NYC and the Mohonk, entrance into special dinner events, and access to special IWDN rates for accommodation)
